MUTOH INDUSTRIES LTD. (Headquarters: Setagaya-ku, Tokyo; President: Kazunari Chikanawa) is pleased to announce the launch of the XpertJet 661UF Pro, a flatbed UV-LED inkjet printer, in Japan on December 1st, 2026. The XpertJet 661UF Pro is also scheduled to be released sequentially in overseas markets, including North America, the EMEA region, and Australia.
The XpertJet 661UF Pro is a new model equipped with the latest AccuFine HD Pro print head, a highly rigid chassis, and a large UV-LED lamp, delivering improvements in core performance, including print quality, productivity, durability, and ease of maintenance. It achieves high-definition printing with round dots and supports media up to 493 x 620 mm and thicknesses up to 153 mm. Print speeds have increased to up to approximately 2.1 times those of the conventional model. The printer also supports raised printing applications, such as Braille and textures, meeting a wide range of printing needs.
UV printing enables direct printing on a wide variety of materials, with applications expanding from customized goods to industrial uses. The XpertJet 661UF Pro meets these diverse needs while offering an accessible option for customers looking to introduce UV printing into their businesses.

◆ Achieve greater printing precision with the latest print head and a highly rigid chassis
The latest print head AccuFine HD Pro delivers round dots, and the highly rigid chassis, made of steel and aluminum sheet metal (resin-molded parts eliminated), suppresses vibration during printing for fine, precise output.
◆ High-build printing performance
The latest multi-nozzle, large-format print head and a large 4-inch UV lamp improve the accuracy and build quality of raised printing. Layer printing, which stacks two layers in a single pass, also enhances the expressive capabilities of Braille and texture printing.
◆ Productivity – Printing speed increased by up to approximately 2.1 times
The adoption of the latest print head enables print speeds up to approximately 2.1 times those of the conventional XpertJet 661UF model. Braille printing is also approximately 1.5 times as fast, significantly increasing productivity for applications requiring raised printing.
◆ Versatility – Expanded print sizes accommodate a wide range of applications
Supports a maximum print size of 483 x 610 mm, media heights of up to 153 mm, and a maximum weight of 8.0 kg (jigs included). A single machine handles a wide range of applications, from various merchandise and industrial products to small signage.
◆ Ease of Maintenance – Making daily care simpler
A newly designed maintenance jig improves the ease of cleaning around the print head. The left and right maintenance covers open in a new direction, improving access to the print head and UV-LED lamp surface.
◆ Rotary unit (optional) enabling printing on cylindrical objects
The rotary unit enables printing on cylindrical objects with diameters as small as 10 mm.
