Suitable for a variety of media

MP31 ink has the same weather and abrasion resistance as well as color development as eco-solvent ink. It can be used to print on a wide range of media, including not only eco-solvent media, but also printing paper, cardboard, flexible packaging, shrink film, and holographic sheets.

Supports rigid media up to 16 mm thick

By using rubber rollers on the feeding table, stable feeding of rigid media is achieved. A built-in sensor automatically detects the height of the media in use, enabling printing at the optimal height. Optional accessories include a Rigid Media Feeding Table for feeding support and a Media Retainer for precise media positioning and front-side support.

Supports roll media

We offer optional take-up units (30 kg, 40 kg, and 100 kg) that support stable feeding of roll media.

True-to-material finish

MP31 ink spreads evenly over the surface of the media and is fixed by low-temperature warm air, resulting in a natural finish with minimal unevenness. It also works well with surface treatments such as foil stamping and lamination.

Withstands postprocessing

MP31 ink is resistant to bending and stretching and does not crack easily, making it suitable for processing paper packaging, vacuum forming, and shrink materials.

Minimal color variation after printing
Ideal for color proofing

While UV-curable inks tend to fluctuate in color for several hours after printing, MP31 ink shows minimal color variation after printing. Which makes it the ideal candidate for color proofing applications, where the color at the time of printing must remain stable when submitted to the client.
