The Company may jointly use Personal Information with domestic group companies. The purpose of use in such cases will be within the scope described in Section 5 above.

10. Disclosure, Correction, and Suspension of Use of Personal Information

Individuals have the right to request the following regarding Personal Information held by the Company:

Suspension of use or deletion of Personal Information if it falls under any of the following:

  • 2 Improper acquisition
  • 3 Leakage of Personal Information
  • 4 Risk of infringement of the individual’s rights or legitimate interests

11. Response to Leakage of Personal Information

In the event of a leakage or potential leakage of Personal Information held by the Company, the Company will promptly take measures to prevent further damage and strive to prevent recurrence.
